Company setup

Add your logo and company information

Put the right identity and contact information on customer-facing output.

WHERE TO GOCompany settings → Branding

Before you start

Have a PNG or JPEG logo, company phone, website and a complete return address ready.

Follow these steps

  1. Select Upload logo and choose your company logo. A transparent PNG usually fits a light background best.

  2. Choose your brand and accent colors. Add a tagline if you want one.

  3. Under Business details, check Company name, Phone, Email, Website and License line.

  4. Enter Address, City, State and ZIP. This is the return address used on your mail.

  5. Set Appointment requests go to. Separate multiple recipients with commas.

  6. Leave each edited field and wait for Saved. Reopen the screen to verify important changes before sending a piece.

What you should see

Your saved branding is available to the quote, mailer and booking screens.

Company number or a number for each rep

One number for everyone: enter your default company number in Company settings → Branding → Business details → Phone. Leave Use sales rep phone numbers on PDFs and mailers off. This is the default.

A number for each rep: a company administrator turns that setting on. Each rep opens the menu, selects their name at the top to open My account, then finds My printed phone number, enters their direct or CallRail tracking number, and selects Save phone number. An administrator can also enter it in Team → the rep’s Mail setup → Printed phone number.

The PDF or mailer uses the number of the rep assigned to that house, even when an administrator downloads it. If the rep leaves their number blank, it uses the company phone. Keep a company number saved as the fallback.

Track calls with CallRail

Set up a separate tracking number for each rep in CallRail, configure where it forwards, then enter that number in QuoteQuiver. Calls to the printed number can then be attributed to that rep in CallRail. You can also use one company-wide CallRail number as the default company phone. QuoteQuiver does not create tracking numbers or configure call forwarding for you.

Preview a PDF for a house assigned to the rep and check the printed number before sending. The phone field in a custom template must use the Phone number token; a number typed into the artwork or baked into an image will not change. Previously handed-off print runs keep their original artwork.

Company email or an address for each rep

Keep your default company Email under Branding → Business details. To print the assigned rep’s address instead, a company administrator enables Use sales rep email addresses on PDFs and mailers.

Each rep opens My account → My printed email address and saves the address they want homeowners to use. An administrator can also set Team → the rep’s Mail setup → Printed email address. Blank uses the rep’s account email; if that is unavailable, it uses the company email. With the company switch off, the company email prints.

Preview a PDF for a house assigned to that rep. Custom templates must use {{company.email}}; an address typed into artwork or baked into an image cannot update. Previously handed-off artwork keeps its original contact details. This setting changes printed contact details only. Login email, lead alerts and email sender settings are separate.

If something looks wrong

  • A field stays red or says Not saved? Correct it and use Try again. A different field saving does not fix the failed field.
  • A logo looks wrong? Check the original file for extra margins or a background, then preview a piece after setup is complete.

Upload your logo

Check contact details
Review your company phone, email, website and complete return address. Use an address that can receive returned mail. Check the appointment request recipients too.

Describe your products
Product info holds the descriptions and photos for each product. Use your own wording when the standard description does not match the work your company provides.
