Team and reporting
Invite teammates and choose their role
Give each person their own access and attribution.
Before you start
You must have permission to administer the company.
Follow these steps
Under Add a user, enter their Name and Email.
Choose the appropriate Role and Team. Set a weekly mailer cap if needed.
Leave Email them an invite to pick their own password enabled for the invite flow.
Select Send the invite. Ask the teammate to use their own invite link and password.
Review their active user row, role, team, cap and mail settings after they join. If you use rep phone numbers, ask them to save their direct or CallRail tracking number in My account → My printed phone number. A company administrator enables this under Branding → Business details. A blank rep number uses the company phone. For printed email, enable Use sales rep email addresses on PDFs and mailers and ask them to save My printed email address in My account. An administrator can set Printed email address in their Mail setup. Blank uses the rep’s account email, then the company email if unavailable. Set up company or rep contact details.
Each teammate has their own login and work can be attributed to them.
If something looks wrong
- Invite missing? Verify the email and have them check spam before resending.
- They cannot see company-wide settings? Check whether the role matches the job they need to do.

Give each person a login
Open Company settings, then Team. Enter the teammate name and email, select their role and team, and send an invite to choose their own password.
Review mail controls
Review the company printer choice and each user’s mail settings. A rep-specific setting can differ from the company default. Changing it does not recall a piece already sent.
Compare the same period
Leaderboard shows activity and recorded outcomes for a selected period. Compare pins, mailed pieces, scans, sold jobs and revenue separately.
Check the source record
Statistics provides the views available to your role. If a number seems wrong, check the date range and the property’s recorded events before changing anything.
